What to include in your enquiry
We can answer far more usefully when the first message contains the essentials. Wherever possible, tell us:
- The product and grade you are interested in — or the problem you are trying to solve, if you are not sure which product fits
- The quantity, and whether this is a one-off or a repeating requirement
- The destination country and port, or the delivery address
- Your preferred packaging format
- The crop, and your water analysis if you have one

How quickly do you reply?
WhatsApp messages are usually the fastest route. Written enquiries are answered in the order they arrive — including the destination country and quantity in your first message avoids a round trip.
Do I need to be a distributor to order?
No. We work with individual growers as well as distributors and importers. The practical difference is quantity and how the shipment is arranged.
Can you send a specification sheet before I order?
Yes. Ask for the technical documentation for any product in the range and we will send the current specification for that grade.
Which languages can I write in?
English and Spanish are both fine. If another language is easier for you, send it anyway and we will manage.
Do you quote EXW, FOB or CIF?
We can quote on the basis you work with. Tell us which incoterm you need and the destination port, and we will price it that way.
