Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions buyers ask most often about ordering, packaging, documentation and international shipping.

These are the questions we are asked most often by growers, distributors and importers. If yours is not here, message us on WhatsApp — we would rather answer directly than have you guess.

What products do you supply?

Eight products: agricultural grade urea 46%, technical grade urea, NPK 15-15-15, NPK 20-20-20 + TE, NPK 23-5-15 + TE, NPK 11-8-34 + TE, calcium nitrate and potassium sulfate. Each one has a full specification on its own page.

What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product and the destination. Pallet quantities and full container loads are arranged differently. Send us your requirement and we will confirm what is workable rather than quoting a blanket figure.

Can you supply a specification sheet before I order?

Yes. Ask for the technical documentation for any product and we will send the current specification for that grade. If you are comparing suppliers, this is the document to compare — not the marketing description.

Do you ship outside the European Union?

Yes. We work with buyers in a range of markets. Import requirements, product registration and labelling rules differ significantly by country, so tell us the destination early in the conversation so we can confirm what is needed.

Who is responsible for import registration and customs clearance?

Responsibility depends on the incoterm agreed and on the destination country's rules. In most cases the importer of record handles registration and clearance in the destination market. We prepare the export documentation and provide the technical information your broker will need.

What packaging is available?

Packaging is agreed before the order is confirmed. Tell us your preferred format and we will confirm what we can supply for that product and quantity.

How are goods palletised and loaded?

Palletisation and container loading are planned with you as part of the quotation, and depend on the packaging format and the destination. Our article on packaging and container loading explains the considerations.

Which incoterms do you work with?

We can quote EXW, FOB or CIF. Tell us which basis you use and the destination port, and we will price accordingly rather than converting later.

Can you recommend an application rate for my crop?

We can explain what a product does, which conditions it suits and how it compares with alternatives. Specific application rates should come from your own agronomist, based on your soil and tissue analysis, your crop and growth stage, and the regulations in your country. Always follow the product label.

Which iron chelate do I need?

It depends almost entirely on your root-zone pH. Above about pH 7, Fe-EDDHA. Below about pH 6.5, Fe-EDTA is far more cost-effective. Our comparison guide sets the options out in full.

Do your products work in hydroponics?

Several are used routinely in hydroponic and substrate systems — Fe-EDTA, the chelated micronutrient mix, MKP, potassium nitrate, calcium nitrate and magnesium sulphate among them. Fe-EDDHA works but stains solutions and costs more per unit of iron than is usually justified in a pH-controlled system.

Can I mix your products together in one tank?

Some combinations, yes; others will precipitate. The critical rule is to keep concentrated calcium separate from concentrated phosphates and sulphates, combining them only at final dilution. Our article on preventing dripper blockages explains the two-tank system.

How do I request a quotation?

Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form with the product, grade, quantity and destination. The more detail in that first message, the more precise the reply.

What payment and delivery terms do you offer?

Terms are agreed per order and depend on the quantity, destination and incoterm. Raise it during the quotation and we will confirm in writing.
