Privacy Policy

How we handle personal data submitted through this website, and the rights available to you.

Last updated: September 12, 2026

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why it is collected, how it is used and what rights you have. It applies to nutriferagro.com and to enquiries sent to us through it.

Data controller: NutriFer Agro, El Ejido, 04700, Andalusia, Spain. [Add your registered company name, company registration number and a data-protection contact address before publishing.]

What data we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, company, country, product interest, quantity and message you provide. If you contact us by WhatsApp, we receive the phone number and message content you send. We collect this so we can answer your enquiry.

Information collected automatically

Our web server records standard technical information for each request, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site working.

Cookies

See our cookie policy for details of the cookies this site uses.

  • To answer your enquiry — on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
  • To fulfil an order or contract — where processing is necessary to take steps before entering a contract, or to perform one.
  • To keep the website secure and functioning — on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
  • To comply with legal obligations — including accounting and tax record-keeping requirements.

Who your data is shared with

We do not sell personal data. It may be shared with service providers who process data on our behalf — for example our website hosting provider and our email provider — and with authorities where we are legally required to do so. Where a transport or customs provider is involved in fulfilling an order, the details necessary for that shipment are shared with them.

WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms, which we do not control. The embedded map on this site is served by Google Maps, which receives your IP address when the map loads; see our cookie policy.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that occurs, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection, such as relying on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only where a legal obligation requires it — for example accounting records. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable data protection law, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details on our contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
